Citizens of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and several other countries can apply only if they hold a valid Schengen, US, UK, or Ireland visa/residence permit. This is the most common cause of e-Visa rejection.
How to apply
Go to evisa.gov.tr, choose nationality, upload passport bio-page + supporting visa, pay by card, download PDF e-Visa. Print or store offline before flying.
