Which Australia visa do I need?

ETA (601) โ€” if you hold an eligible passport (US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Japan, India from 2024 trial, Malaysia, etc.). eVisitor (651) โ€” EU passports. Visitor visa (600) โ€” everyone else, including most South Asian, African, and Middle Eastern applicants.
