1. Overview
Vizaezy charges two distinct amounts on every application: a non-refundable government fee collected on behalf of the destination authority, and a Vizaezy service fee for preparing, reviewing and submitting your application. This policy explains exactly when each component is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable.
We aim to be transparent. If you are ever unsure where you stand, write to refunds@vizaezy.com and a human will reply within one business day.
2. Service Fee vs. Government Fee
Paid directly to the visa-issuing authority. Once your application is submitted to the government portal, this amount becomes non-refundable regardless of the outcome โ this is a universal rule set by the issuing country, not by Vizaezy.
Covers document review, OCR, error-checks, submission, and 24/7 status tracking. This portion is fully refundable if we have not yet started processing, and partially refundable up until submission. See sections 3โ4.
3. When you are eligible for a refund
- Before processing begins โ full refund of your service fee, no questions asked. Government fees are refunded too because they have not been forwarded yet.
- Documents under review (not yet submitted) โ 50% of the Vizaezy service fee is refunded; government fee fully refunded.
- Service error caused by Vizaezy โ if a rejection or delay is directly caused by a verifiable mistake on our side, you receive a 100% refund of the Vizaezy service fee plus reapplication assistance at no cost.
- Duplicate charge โ fully refunded within 5 business days of confirmation.
4. When refunds do not apply
- Visa rejected by the destination government due to applicant-side reasons (eligibility, documents, history). The government fee is retained by the authority; the Vizaezy service fee is non-refundable in this case because the work was performed.
- Applicant provides incorrect or fraudulent information that causes rejection or delays.
- Withdrawal after submission to the government portal โ neither component can be retrieved at that point.
- Delays caused by the destination authority, force majeure, embassy closures, or system outages outside Vizaezy's control.
5. How to claim a refund
- Email refunds@vizaezy.com from the address you applied with.
- Include your application reference and a short note explaining the reason.
- Our team responds within 1 business day with your eligibility and the next steps.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Refund timelines
- Cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex): 5โ10 business days.
- Bank transfer / wallets: 3โ7 business days.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: processed via the underlying card; same window applies.
