1. Who we are
Vizaezy is a third-party visa assistance brand operated by OSHIN INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY LLC, a licensed travel and tourism company based in Ajman, UAE (Commercial License No. 132594, issued 4 July 2025), regulated by the Ajman Department of Economic Development. Vizaezy is not a government entity, embassy or consulate.
2. What we do
We help travellers prepare, review and submit electronic visa applications to 95+ e-Visa destinations. Final approval, rejection and processing times are determined exclusively by the destination government authority.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal and travel information.
- Hold a valid passport with the required remaining validity for your destination.
- Respect the laws of the destination country once your visa is granted.
4. Fees
Every order is split into a non-refundable government fee paid to the issuing authority and a Vizaezy service fee for our work. See our Refund Policy for the full breakdown.
5. Limitation of liability
Vizaezy is not liable for visa rejections, processing delays, border decisions or any indirect losses (including missed flights, accommodation costs or onward bookings) that result from a denied or delayed application.
