- Contact details (email, phone) to deliver application updates.
- Payment metadata via our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
- Standard product analytics (page views, performance) to improve the service.
2. How we use it
Strictly to prepare and submit your visa application, communicate status updates, handle refunds and comply with UAE regulatory obligations.
3. Storage & security
Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the visa specialists working on your case. Passport scans are purged 90 days after your visa is decided unless you ask us to retain them.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@vizaezy.com.
5. Third parties
We share data with destination governments (required to submit your application), our payment processor and our hosting infrastructure provider. We do not sell personal data.
