Our story
Vizaezy was founded by travellers, for travellers. After watching friends and family miss flights over photo formats and lose deposits to last-minute embassy delays, we built the visa engine we wished existed: one that treats document review like a software problem, not a paperwork problem.

Is Vizaezy a government agency or embassy?
No. Vizaezy is a private visa assistance service operated by ETAS International Tourism LLC, a Dubai-licensed travel and tourism company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any embassy, consulate or government department. We help travellers prepare, verify and submit visa applications through the official channels of each destination country.
How is Vizaezy different from applying directly?
You can always apply directly with any embassy or e-visa portal. Vizaezy adds three things: (1) a unified form that fills in once and reuses across countries, (2) a document-quality check that catches the small errors that cause most rejections, and (3) human visa specialists who review every application before it is submitted. You pay a transparent service fee on top of the government fee for this.
What does the service fee cover?
The service fee covers document review, photo verification, form pre-fill, application submission, real-time status tracking, customer support in English, Arabic and Hindi, and our 100% refund-on-rejection guarantee for eligible programmes. The government fee is paid in full to the destination country's official visa authority and is itemised separately at checkout.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No legitimate visa service can guarantee approval — the final decision is always made by the destination country's immigration authority. What we can guarantee is process quality: complete documents, correct format, on-time submission, and a 100% refund of our service fee if your eligible application is rejected.
How do you protect my passport data?
All documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Passport scans are processed on-device wherever possible, with on-server processing isolated in a SOC 2-aligned environment. We never sell, share or expose personal data to third parties outside the specific government portal needed to process your visa.
