Who needs a Malaysia eVisa?
Malaysia operates one of South-East Asia's friendliest visa regimes. Three categories of travellers exist:
1. Visa-exempt — Citizens of the UAE, USA, UK, all EU countries, GCC nationals, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and 60+ others can enter for up to 90 days with just a passport valid 6+ months.
2. eVisa required — Citizens of India, China, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Serbia and Montenegro must obtain an eVisa before boarding.
3. Reference Visa required — A small number of nationalities require a paper visa from a Malaysian mission. Vizaezy tells you immediately which bracket you fall into.
