Universal photo rules
- Background: plain white or off-white
- Face fills 70–80% of the frame
- Neutral expression, mouth closed, eyes open
- No glasses, no hat, no headphones
- Sharp focus, natural lighting, no shadows
- File: JPG or PNG, under 2 MB, minimum 600×600 px
Take the photo with your phone
- Stand 1.5 m from a plain wall in indirect daylight
- Have someone shoot from chest height, lens at eye level
- Crop to a square with the top of your head near the top edge
- Run it through Vizaezy's validator — it'll flag anything portal-breaking
