Visa interview tips that actually work

Interview slots are usually 90 seconds. The officer has read your file. Your job is to confirm the story, not retell it.

• Lead with the why ("I'm visiting my sister for two weeks")
• Don't volunteer information you weren't asked for
• Carry physical copies of your booking and bank statement
• Dress as you would for a business meeting
• Answer in the language of the consulate (English is almost always fine)
